Verdețurile de Provence sunt un amestec de ierburi mediteraneene, care conține rozmarin, pătrunjel, cimbrișor, busuioc, măghiran, cimbru, oregano și leuștean. După cum o arată și numele, este un amestec specific zonei de sud a Franței

Batiste de matase

Batiste de matase sau paste cu sos pesto

Preparare paste
500g faina
3 oua

Se face un cuib din faina si se amesteca usor cu cele 3 oua.
Coca rezultata se intinde de grosimea foii de hartie.
Pastele nu se taie ci se rup si se lasa cateva minute sa se intareasca.

Un manunchi de busuioc verde
O capatana de usturoi
Seminte de pin
Ulei de masline
Parmezan
Sare

Se pune busuiocul in mojar si se piseaza. Se adauga usturoiul , sarea, uleiul de masline si parmezanul. Se amesteca pana devine o pasta.

Preparare paste

Se fierb pastele 1 min. Separat intr-o tigaie se adauga sosul pesto si putina apa. Se pun pastele peste sos.

Se servesc calde cu parmezan ras. Se pot orna cu frunze de busuioc.

Pofta mare!

Spazio

In prima vineri din noul an, goniti de dorinta de a servi cina in oras, am inceput sa cautam un restarant. Primul care ne-a iesit in cale a fost Spazio. Trebuie sa recunosc ca afisul cu Petrisor ne-a facut sa intram.

Restaurantul arata foarte bine,atat pe exterior cat si pe interior.

Am comandat vita la cuptor, snitzel cu alune, ceafa de porc la gratar si salata de muraturi asortate.

Mancarea a venit repede si a fost foarte buna. Preturile sunt putin peste medie.

In concluzie recomand acest restaurant.
